Messed up my order, wanted charge me more to fix their mistake, new person there was so Rude and even charged the coke that I drank before opening the cheap plain messed up burger order! Asked for a refund and returned their food. Guy made a face and reluctantly gave me back most of my money. Paid about $19 for 2 lg Texas Double Whopper meals and get $16 and cents back for drinking the coke. Went to Whataburger and my meals were made the way I asked plus their service is always great! Burger King lost a faithful 15 year customer due to Bad customer service!November 12, 2016
